What files do I need to provide for custom labels?
Please provide your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG). For hang tags and packaging, we accept PDF or high-resolution PNG files. Our design team can assist with layout.
Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes. We always produce a physical sample for your approval before starting bulk production. Sample cost is typically $30–80 depending on complexity, and is credited against your first order.
Do you sign NDAs for OEM projects?
Yes. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements for all OEM and custom design projects. Your designs and brand assets are kept strictly confidential.
Can I mix private label with ready stock in one order?
Yes. You can combine private label items with ready-stock items in a single shipment. Minimum quantities apply per style.
What is the lead time for private label orders?
Label-only orders: 7–14 days. Full private label: 20–30 days. OEM custom design: 35–45 days. Lead times may vary during peak seasons.
